Strengthen the Agriculture Association of the municipality of Cajati, through technical, management, market and social organization actions aimed to improve production practices, increase sales volume and improvement in household income.

How it Works

The work was structured in different training, infrastructure, marketing and technical support fronts. The group of producers became guided and trained by technical team specialized in horticulture and banana plantation, in addition to being empowered for development of learning on technical, management and human relations matters. In parallel, the team followed-up on the construction of a shed for storage and preparation of goods produced. This new environment allowed AAGFAM a new door to the market and to adhere to organic certification.
